Original v0.2.4 workflow

Extract the full program ZIP, then run Picklary_Vision_Rating.cmd.
Choose your match video in the local program. Use a fixed camera and keep the court visible.
The archived quick start specifies eight court-floor points and four player positions. Follow the installed edition when its calibration differs.
Enter match context, start the analysis and inspect the actual generated report.
Use estimates as review evidence, not an official rating, eligibility certificate or guaranteed skill level.
